Abe’s back, not on your TV screen but on limited edition vinyl records!

A Mudokon chosen by the fickle finger of fate, Abe was a first class floor waxer for RuptureFarms who was catapulted into a life of adventure. Late one night he overheard plans from his boss, Molluck the Glukkon, to turn Abe and his fellow Mudokons into Tasty Treats as a final effort to rescue Molluck’s failing meatpacking empire! Can Abe change the fate of thousands and rescue the Mudokons? Can he escape the dark recesses of RuptureFarms and the desolate, uninviting, and downright terrifying surrounding environment? Lead our unlikely hero on his mission because if he doesn’t make it ... Abe’s back on the menu!

Black Screen Records is celebrating Abe’s 18th birthday with the release of the complete video game soundtrack on audiophile 180 gram black vinyl and a limited collector’s edition on 180 gram green vinyl for the very first time. Composed, mixed and mastered by Michael Bross, the soundtrack comes in a full- coloured gatefold sleeve with RuptureFarms art by Raymond Swanland. The vinyl includes an exclusive two-sided A2 poster and a free Steam Code to download the complete game Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty for Mac, Windows and Linux. Additionally the Steam Code enables you to download the remastered Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty and the original 90s Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee soundtrack as MP3s. It was a long way from Abe’s debut in the 1997s Playstation One classic Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee to the beautiful ground-up remake Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty in 2014 but Abe is still looking great. Not only the graphics but also the complete video game soundtrack got an overall makeover - in 2015 Oddworld looks and sounds better than ever before. With over 10 million Oddworld games sold in almost two decades, Oddworld Inhabitants is still known for its iconic characters, its unique black humor and for its amazing and odd stories.
