Kung Foo Grip is the rap duo of Greg Cypher and Mr. Hentvii, two wild-eyed, long-haired brothers known for their epic live performances. Gigs are martial arts moves. At one sweatbox venue, the show spilled onto the street. The group jumped onto the hood of a nearby police car and kept rapping. The next day, they played a sellout rooftop event, so packed-out beyond capacity that most of us stood down below on the sidewalk, listening the way Londoners did when The Beatles played building top. They landed on the cover of Northwest Leaf magazine, as “Seattle’s Most Stoned Emcees.” Music critic Larry Mizell Jr. says in the liner notes, “Kung Foo Grip have always been flamethrowers, but lately they’ve been eating straight gunpowder.”

Here's their debut full-length, “2KFG,” a 12-track concept album that shouts out Nirvana, the Millennium Falcon, Megazord, Cam Newton, Kobe Bryant’s jump shot, and Super Saiyans. Radio station KEXP described it as “hip-hop’s Dark Side of the Moon.” The project’s sole producer, Keyboard Kid, legend of Basedworld, associate of Lil’ B, delivers his most nuanced album-length work to date, bringing a hammer to rumbling 808s and demon-arcade synths, and a painter’s touch to the subtle moments best appreciated in headphones. As cannabis and culture site Respect My Region states plainly, “The Kung Foo Grip album is finally out, and it is fire.”

Pre-Orders

We try and offer as many upcoming projects available for pre-order when the releases have moved into production. However, due to the nature of manufacturing and production, pre-order dates may change. If your pre-ordered items are holding your package from arriving please email us with a request to ship the in-stock items and pre-orders when they become available. 

If your order contains pre-order items we will hold the package until all titles are available to ship. Please specify in the comments section of the checkout if you would like to:  a) hold your entire order until it can be entirely fulfilled or, b) have the in-stock items shipped immediately and the pre-ordered items ship when available. Please note that option B may require additional shipping charges as multiple packages will be shipped.

Out of Stock Items

Our stock rapidly changes and we try and set in place a system that avoids purchasing items that become out of stock. However, if a product ordered is out of stock or on back-order, we will reach out and give you the chance to change or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, you will be refunded in full.
