Shipping
Online orders are processed within *3-4 business days or *7-9 business days depending on availability.
Order processing time is separate from shipping time requested.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We try and offer as many upcoming projects available for pre-order when the releases have moved into production. However, due to the nature of manufacturing and production, pre-order dates may change.
If your order contains pre-order items with a release date further than 30 days from the date of purchase, your in-stock order items will be held until pre-orders are available.
Payment for pre-orders/orders containing pre-orders are captured at checkout, not when your pre-order is shipped. We use this process because it helps ensure that you are secured a copy of your desired record/cd/cassette right away.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Upon order shipment, you should receive a shipping confirmation at the e-mail address used to place the order, which will contain all relevant shipment details, including what is shipping your way, the address it's going to and the tracking number for that shipment.
To track your order at any time, visit your account page to view your order status and tracking information.
Don't have your order number? Confused your order's status? Does it look like your order is going somewhere other than your address? Not to fear! Drop us a line as soon as you realize there might be an issue, and we'll sort it out as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can change your shipping address -- please contact us here as soon as possible to make those changes.
If your order has already shipped and you would like your order re-shipped to a different address, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll let you know if we're able to re-route or reship your order.record/cd/cassette right away.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update and begin reflecting progress.
Note that tracking does not always update in real-time and delays in tracking updates do not necessarily reflect a lost or misdelivered package.
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have yet to receive it, please allow 24 hours for it to be delivered, then get in touch with your local post office, as all USPS claims must be filed by the recipient and they're usually able to help track down the package. If they're unable to help you, or if you have further questions, please get in touch with us.
Note that if a lost or misdelivered package was shipped to the shipping address as entered, additional shipping charges may be due before that package can be re-shipped.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Returns
If you received a different item from the one you ordered or the one described on your order, or the item was damaged or defective, we're very sorry! We do everything we can to ensure that our orders go out correctly, but mistakes do happen.
Get in touch with us as soon as you realize the error, and we'll be more than happy to resolve the issue. Including photos and/or video of the issue or defect with your e-mail will help expedite the return process.
We do our very best to ensure that every item we ship will arrive at its destination in the best condition possible. Due to circumstances out of our control, though, we understand that damages do sometimes still occur in transit, and will gladly exchange or refund any damaged items within 21 days of order delivery. All returns must be authorized prior to return, click here for more information on return authorization. Note that all unauthorized returns will be denied and returned to sender.

You can return or exchange any unopened or defective vinyl, cd, cassette, or equipment/accessories items within 30 days of order shipment for store credit.
If returning items, please ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit - returns may be refused if we receive damaged products with inadequate packaging
